About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. ERP Implementation Project Manager in the United States. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead complex ERP implementation projects, driving success across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to risk management and client communications, ensuring enterprise-level solutions are delivered efficiently. As a senior leader, you will mentor project teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and act as the primary point of contact for client relationships. Your strategic insight and commercial acumen will guide project decisions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This position offers the chance to influence multiple high-impact projects simultaneously while working in a fully remote environment within the United States.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of ERP project management experience, including enterprise-level implementations
  • Strong experience with Infor M3 preferred; familiarity with other tier-one ERP solutions is a plus
  • Proven consulting experience, with leadership and team management capabilities
  • Commercial acumen in managing budgets, contracts, profitability, and client expectations
  • Experience with project planning, risk management, resource forecasting, and change management
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects in fast-paced, remote environments, adapting to global team schedules
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Monitor project progress, facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
  • Manage enterprise-level budgets and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and compliance
  • Serve as primary client liaison, proactively resolving escalations and maintaining strong relationships
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on statements of work, budget estimation, and resource planning
  • Mentor project teams, ensuring adherence to methodology, deliverables, and quality standards
  • Ensure accurate project setup, time and expense tracking, and compliance with contractual terms
