Start your Voyage – Apply Now The Opportunity We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide seamless, proactive, and high‑judgment administrative support to the CFO. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex calendars, driving preparation for critical meetings, streamlining workflows, and anticipating needs before they arise. You’ll be a trusted partner who ensures the CFO’s day runs smoothly, communications are crisp, and priorities stay on track.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives in a fast‑paced, complex organization.
  • Mastery of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with calm, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Experience coordinating executive travel and managing sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or supporting a Finance leadership function.
  • Strong skills in formatting, proofing, summarizing, and preparing executive‑ready materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring the CFO’s time is aligned to top priorities.
  • Coordinate all meetings, including logistics, agendas, attendee alignment, room/virtual setup, and follow-ups.
  • Provide high‑touch support for domestic and international travel planning, itineraries, and expense management.
  • Review and triage incoming communications; draft and send correspondence on behalf of the CFO when appropriate.
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, pre‑reads, and background documents to ensure the CFO is fully informed and ready for every meeting.
  • Track action items, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are met and information flows smoothly.
  • Assist in creation of high‑quality presentations, talking points, and executive documents.
  • Partner closely with Finance leaders, IR, and key cross‑functional teams to gather information, align schedules, and support ongoing deliverables.
  • Support the CFO in maintaining a reliable operating cadence (close, earnings, Board prep, leadership meetings).
  • Act as a point person for internal requests, routing inquiries to the appropriate leader or team.
  • Maintain organized systems for document management, meeting records, and workflows.
  • Identify and implement administrative improvements that create clarity, reduce friction, and save time.
  • Support coordination within the Finance administrative community to ensure consistency and collaboration.
