About The Position

The Sr Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides high-level administrative and strategic support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing schedules for senior leadership, coordinating meetings and events, travel coordination, handling communications, and providing administrative support. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Experience managing multiple calendars, expense report processing and experience providing onsite and offsite event support.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication, adept at conveying ideas effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Be the driving force behind positive transformations, an analytical person who links ideas and people together seamlessly.
