As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager for North America, you will collaborate and work directly for the NAMER Sales Organization, reporting to the VP of NAMER Marketing to build and execute cross-NAMER integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue goals for each North America region and for the overall company. You will closely partner with our global marketing teams, client success, sales as well as agencies to build and drive these integrated plans and execution cross NAMER including project managing the plans end to end including progress reports and results. The most critical aspect of this role is building rock-solid relationships with the sellers in your territory as well as the sales leaders. You will provide strategic guidance on territory marketing plans and tactics to produce new opportunities to sell Rimini Street products. Also, as the key link between corporate and North America marketing, you will ensure strong integration and communication between teams, consistent messaging, unified branding and effective leverage of corporate tools, campaigns, and deliverables across the North America regions.
