The Job: As a Senior Financial Analyst, CAM Operations Finance, you’ll be part of our Global Functions & Enablers team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Partner with Controllership and FP&A to develop the Annual Budget and monthly/Quarterly forecast for OCOS with inputs from operations and Other Stakeholders. Partner with Supply Chain and Controllership teams to forecast Working Capital (Inventory and AP) and provide weekly updates to Latest estimates by element. Tracking and reporting of Financial/Operations metrics - Labor Efficiency, Productivity, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), Safety and OTIF (On Time In Fill). Developing dashboards & reporting metrics Collaborate with Controllership to identify proper labor requirements tied to financial performance. Reporting and tracking of labor count & cost. Support periodic reporting of OCOS and Working Capital by gathering drivers for variances and preparing reports for month-end and weekly cadences. Working with Operations teams to develop a Capex Budget and prioritize projects and track adherence to the budget monthly. Partner with cross functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain and FP&A to support processes and drive cost and Working Capital optimization for the business. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting preferably in Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of ERP systems - JDE, HFM
  • Professional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills.
