Sr. Financial Analyst / Sr. Accountant - Financial Reporting
About The Position
As the Sr. Financial Analyst / Sr. Accountant, you will lead the Company’s financial reporting processes and support enterprise-wide financial reporting and forecasting. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of monthly financial results and forward-looking revenue projections. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, public-company environment, demonstrates extreme attention to detail, and takes ownership of delivering timely and accurate consolidated financial information. Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles.
- Extreme attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site daily at CELSIUS HQ.

Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely aggregation of financial results across entities.
- Perform detailed monthly “tick and tie” procedures to validate financial statements, supporting schedules, and underlying data through partnering with FP&A and accounting teams.
- Partner with FP&A and Commercial teams to consolidate and validate the Company’s revenue forecast.
- Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting packages for leadership.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and proactively resolve issues prior to reporting deadlines.
- Continuously enhance consolidation processes, documentation, and internal controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Commercial, Operations, and internal and external auditors as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as business needs evolve.
