About The Position

Serve as the primary analytics and finance partner to field sales leadership, supporting performance reviews, forecasting, and ad hoc business questions. Own miscellaneous field sales reporting and ensure consistent, accurate delivery of insights to commercial leaders. Support field forecasting processes, including trend analysis, variance explanations, and leadership-ready summaries. Track and analyze field OPEX budgets, highlighting risks, opportunities, and return on investment. Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards used by Sales Operations and commercial leadership. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadences aligned to key commercial KPIs. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to increase speed, clarity, and trust in data. Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations that drive action. Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across CRM, financial systems, and analytics tools. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Operations, and Commercial leaders to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision support. Prepare concise presentations and analyses for senior leadership and forecasting discussions. Support sales compensation analytics, including participation in compensation design modeling and proposal development as needed. Assist with commission calculations, validation, and field support in partnership with Sales Operations and Finance. Exercise sound business judgment in prioritizing analyses and responding to time-sensitive commercial requests. Carry out all duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations governing our business practices.
