About The Position

Titan Technologies is seeking an experienced, Sr. Full Stack Developer to design and maintain IT infrastructures that support the National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NEDSS) collection of health care data for analysis and submission to the federal Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) infectious disease commission. On the NEDSS program, Titan supplies software programming, process improvement, and project management tasks where our personnel maintain, support, and continue to enhance the Public Health Investigation and Disease Detection (PHIDDO) application for disease reporting with the analytics of at least 143 active diseases. Must reside in Oklahoma City or within driving distance to attend meetings when necessary. ( W-2 only. 1099 or consultants will not be considered.) Your Responsibilities: Design and develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Develop unit tests to validate the functionality of the application components.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of Full Stack Experience or related experience
  • Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, C# and .NET 7.0 framework.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and supporting applications built with Silverlight/Open Silver.
  • Solid understanding and experience in VB.net for legacy application support.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong expertise in SQL for database design, querying, and optimization.
  • Experience developing SQL stored procedures and writing and optimizing complex queries.
  • Understanding of data warehousing processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading Agile Development teams
  • Federal Health IT experience a plus!
  • Agile or ScrumMaster Certification
  • Web development experience using Microsoft technologies
  • Azure DevOps/Team Foundation experience
  • Familiarity with Rhapsody or other ETL software
