The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable real estate analytics platform. You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our real estate strategies, ensuring that we meet our corporate objectives while fostering a culture of inclusivity and high performance. Responsibilities Lead corporate real estate processes and develop comprehensive real estate strategies. Define and optimize space requirements to enhance workplace efficiency. Oversee site selection, negotiation, and tenant improvements while managing a team of world-class real estate professionals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of corporate real estate experience, including strategy development.
  • Proven ability to lead highly complex projects across regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of successful leadership of teams.
  • Experience with real estate portfolio management and tenant negotiations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and government relations in real estate.
  • Must have or be eligible for a security clearance due to contractual requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Business, or Management.
  • Significant experience with a diverse real estate portfolio.
  • Ability to mentor new team members or peers and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong level of customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

  • Interface with Government and regulatory entities
  • Communicate with all levels of business leaders
