This position leads the day-to-day HR operations for La Z Boy’s U.S. retail stores, overseeing a team of HR Business Partners across 20+ markets and partnering closely with four regional directors and Retail HR leadership to strengthen culture and drive business performance. With a strong emphasis on employee relations, compliance, process standardization, and market aligned people strategies, the position ensures consistent, high quality HR support across a geographically dispersed retail organization. The role is remote, with preference for candidates living centrally to store geography, requires up to 50% travel with quarterly travel to Monroe, Michigan, and plays a key part in translating broader retail priorities into effective, market level HR plans.
