About The Position

As a Sr HR Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and
oversight of all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee
relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee
development. You will develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop,
and retain top talent, ensuring the organization has the right people in the
right roles to drive business success.

You will report directly to our Vice President of Human Resources, United States
and Canada Region and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on
a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of the organization by
collaborating with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and
provide HR solutions that support their goals. Additionally, you will drive the
implementation of HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement,
promote a positive work culture, and foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
