About The Position

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a
critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our HR Services function.
You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee
relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your
expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the
success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that support our
business objectives.

You will report directly to the Senior HR Manager, and you will work out of our
Torrance, California location on a Hybrid work schedule. External hires will
begin with 90 days on site before transitioning to a 3/2 hybrid schedule. 

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving
employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the
development and retention of our talented workforce.
