The Senior HR Generalist will support a respective business function by fostering leadership and organizational capability. You will work closely under the HR Business Partner to build a culture of empowering business leaders to achieve objectives. This position requires a highly experienced HR professional capable of independently managing full‑cycle employee relations (ER) matters across multiple teams and business units. You will be responsible for understanding the pulse of our employees, generating insights, identifying patterns and trends within assigned groups, and providing proactive, consistent guidance to both employees and managers. You will own ER cases from intake to closure, ensuring thorough documentation, compliance, and timely resolution with minimal oversight.
