As a member of the Corporate HR team, the Sr. HR Generalist supports internal business functions and employees across the U.S. region, helping to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Corporate Sr.HR Generalist provides day-to-day HR support to Brunel’s corporate functions, including HR operations, onboarding, benefits coordination, employee relations, and compliance. This role partners with employees, managers, and the Regional HR Manager to ensure consistency, fairness, and accuracy across all HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
