About The Position

ACCO Brands is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to support the Global HRIS team. This position will serve as a technical and functional expert for the organization’s SAP SuccessFactors environment and related HR technologies. This role is responsible for system configuration, data integrity, enhancements, testing, reporting, and ongoing support across multiple HR modules. The Senior HRIS Analyst partners closely with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and business stakeholders to optimize the HR technology ecosystem and ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with HRIS and Payroll systems.
  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas; macros preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand downstream impacts.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across a global HR team.
  • Customer-service mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to be successful in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, and Learning.
  • Research and resolve HRIS system problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements with an understanding of downstream effects of data changes to other HRIS systems and reports.
  • Configure system updates, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, and foundational objects.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex HRIS issues.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, escalate to SAP/partners when needed, and drive timely resolution.
  • Develop and execute queries, reports, and dashboards to support business and compliance needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy across the HR technology landscape.
  • Build and manage recurring data integrity audits, perform analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive HR technology projects including module implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes; drive continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with HRBPs, HR COEs, Payroll, Finance and IT.
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify, recommend, and implement best practices, and system improvements to support business goals.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across global HR teams.
  • Monitor SuccessFactors releases; assess impact, test updates, communicate changes, and implement new functionality.
  • Create end‑user procedures, training materials, job aids, and reference guides.
  • Educate HR teams and business users on new functionalities and processes.
