Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of a Four (4)-year college degree in Human Resources Management or related field AND a minimum of Three (3) years' experience in management, administration, and supervision, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • You know your way around a computer and can teach others.
  • You can share your ideas clearly in writing, conversation, and in collaboration with others.
  • You're a trusted professional who knows how to keep sensitive information private and protected.
  • You're an independent go-getter who's just as comfortable taking initiative as you are teaming up with others.

  • Be our compliance superhero: Keep reports flawless, records spotless, and the organization aligned with regulations and rules that come our way.
  • Make policies make sense: Craft clear, friendly, modern HR guidelines.
  • Keep our culture thriving: Help employees navigate concerns, guide fair corrective actions, manage unemployment claims and support our leaders.
  • Keep our HR tech and team shining: Ensure HRIS accuracy, train users, lead HR staff, and coach the team toward confidence, growth, and standout performance.
