The Sr. Incentive Compensation Analyst is part of the regional Accounting Operations team and supports the administration of incentive compensation programs across North America. This role partners closely with Finance, HR, and Sales leadership to ensure accurate commission processing, strong controls, and meaningful performance insights. This position plays a critical role in today’s incentive compensation operations while also supporting the team’s evolution toward more analytical, data‑driven decision support as automation and tools continue to mature. The role is not positioned as a Financial Analyst; however, strong analytical capability is essential.
