As a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle you’ll focus on engaging and growing our existing customer base. In this role, you’ll design and execute programs that help customers realize value from SPS solutions, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue teams to create lifecycle programs that guide customers through key moments in their journey — from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, customer insight, and creative execution to build marketing programs that drive measurable business impact.
