About The Position

As a Senior Inventory Operations Analyst on the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for planning and inventory operations across import warehouses, third-party logistics (3PL) storage, and upstream inventory allocation. In this role, you will partner closely with global supply chain, logistics, and inventory planning teams to influence both near-term execution and long-term upstream inventory strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping how inventory flows through the upstream network to support product availability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. This role has a strong operational focus across import warehouses and offsite 3PL storage locations. You will collaborate with field operations, inventory management, product, and sales & operations planning teams to improve inventory flow, resolve site-level execution issues, and maintain close connection to day-to-day operations through regular site and planning calls. You will also lead the identification and execution of offsite storage opportunities, including determining item eligibility, coordinating inventory transfers, and evaluating tradeoffs between capacity constraints, transfer costs, and product availability outcomes. The work spans both strategic planning and daily execution, requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and end-to-end process alignment across multiple partners. You will apply a data-driven, customer-first mindset to identify root causes and improvement opportunities related to upstream allocation, replenishment, and inventory positioning. Leveraging analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, and internal reporting platforms, you will deliver insights to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, support continuous improvement of analytical tools and operational processes, and influence decisions related to network design and inventory flow strategy. This role also includes leading routine operational reviews and monthly cross-functional engagements, proactively communicating risks and opportunities, and acting as a change agent in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
