About The Position

As Sr IT Analyst – AI Delivery & Validation, you will support the development, deployment, and operational stability of Automation and AI Agent solutions that drive efficiency, reliability, and measurable business value. The Sr IT Analyst – AI Delivery & Validation will work closely with Automation Developers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI Agent solutions are validated, production-ready, and sustainably supported. This role is accountable for structured validation, release coordination, issue tracking, and operational stabilization across the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 4–6 years of experience supporting enterprise technology solutions, including validation, deployment coordination, and post-release support.
  • Hands-on experience with structured validation planning, regression testing, issue tracking, and release readiness assessment.
  • Experience coordinating user validation cycles and documenting outcomes in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to understand technical workflows well enough to assess risk, validate outcomes, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work and communicate status clearly.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, risk-aware, and committed to delivering reliable Automation and AI Agent solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with workflow automation, RPA platforms, document processing solutions, API-based integrations, or AI-powered applications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Validation Strategy and Acceptance Criteria
  • Define and apply structured validation approaches across Automation and AI Agent solutions.
  • Establish clear acceptance criteria aligned to business requirements.
  • Ensure consistent validation practices from development through production readiness.
  • Test Planning and Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system validation, regression testing, integration testing, and user validation activities.
  • Develop structured test scenarios aligned to real-world business workflows.
  • Document validation results and ensure transparency into solution performance.
  • Issue Management and Release Readiness
  • Coordinate issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities related to Automation and AI Agent deployments.
  • Assess release readiness based on validation results, risk exposure, and business confirmation.
  • Provide structured input on go-forward decisions and mitigation plans.
  • Development and Deployment Coordination
  • Track validation milestones, dependencies, and release timelines across initiatives.
  • Support environment validation, configuration verification, and deployment documentation.
  • Participate in phased rollouts and post-release stabilization efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with engineering, product, business, and support teams to clarify scope and resolve issues.
  • Support structured user validation cycles and business confirmation prior to release.
  • Vendor and Partner Oversight
  • Coordinate and validate work delivered by external partners and contractors.
  • Review validation evidence and confirm adherence to defined standards.
  • Governance and Controls Alignment
  • Ensure validation activities meet internal governance, control, and documentation requirements.
  • Support preparation of evidence required for audit, risk, or compliance reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to reduce defects, streamline handoffs, and improve release predictability.
  • Contribute to evolving validation and delivery practices as Automation and AI Agent adoption expands.

Benefits

  • Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $97,400-$146,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10%25 of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

  • Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our contribution equal to 5%25 of your eligible pay
  • Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
