About The Position

What you'll do each day: Direct packaging functions of assigned equipment center. Provide guidance and troubleshoot equipment in assigned work center. Ensure correct and timely completion of all necessary production paperwork. Train and develop new operators to efficiently and safely operate equipment. Ensure quality and food safety GMPs are adhered to. Assist Team Lead in covering task assignments for machine operators. Communicate any necessary shift changes or machine issues occurring. Execute any projects as expected in a timely manner. Be an positive team member and participate in process improvements, quality, and initiatives. Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary. Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to: GMP’s Allergen Program Quality Sanitation Safety SQF Additional duties and various projects as needed. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a production facility
  • Shift Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:15 am
  • Shift Days:  Sunday - Thursday
