About The Position

In the role of Sr. Maintenance Engineer (Sr. Technical Pillar Engineer) working in Milwaukee, WI You will lead storeroom strategy and execution across Molson Coors’ North American manufacturing network, managing a $40MM annual spare parts investment. This role ensures standardized processes, inventory optimization, and alignment with WCSC AM and PM pillars to improve reliability. By guaranteeing parts availability and condition, it drives operational readiness, reduces inventory costs, and enhances asset performance. As a key contributor to WCSC phase progression, the position supports enterprise-wide technical mastery and long-term reliability excellence. This position reports to WCSC Technical Director. You will closely with packaging managers, technical services managers, corporate functions (Finance, Procurement, IT, Corporate Audit) site leaders, planners, and storeroom associates to optimize cost, reliability, and availability in support of WCSC phase progression.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Field (Chemical, Electrical, Industrial) OR equivalent experience (8-10+ years) in the field of manufacturing engineering
  • You have at least 8+ years of experience in MRP, engineering or supply chain with storeroom accountability.
  • Mastery of SAP PM, EAM, or CMMS tools.
  • Background in WCSC, TPM, with hands-on AM/PM pillar experience.
  • Financial and Operation Risk Management expertise
  • Data fluency and ability to optimize digital systems for reliability\Strong influence and coaching skills across diverse teams and functions.
  • Established network and understanding of corporate technical communities and brewery operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple, clear terms for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and rollout of a standardized, network-wide storeroom system across North American breweries.
  • Align MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) stocking strategy with maintenance planning, kitting, and downtime risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Procurement, Engineering, and site teams to establish critical spare frameworks and vendor standards.
  • Ensure CMMS integration (SAP PM/EAM) for accurate part tracking, usage analysis, and work order management.
  • Drive storeroom performance metrics, including inventory turnover, emergency order rate, part fill rate, and cost per work order.
  • Lead storeroom audits, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.
  • Represent storeroom strategy at corporate forums and ensure compliance with safety and financial policies.
  • Integrate predictive maintenance insights (e.g., Augury) into parts planning to reduce unplanned losses.
  • Support digital enhancements such as mobility, barcoding, Power BI dashboards, and improved storeroom accessibility.
  • Support AM/PM pillar progression and deployment activities across the network.
