Job Description: Shift: Friday - Sunday; 6:00AM - 6:30PM Rate: $30.00/Hour + $3.00/Hour Shift Differential ================================ DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/TASKS ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Must be able to operate cutting torches and various types of welding equipment. Possess and can demonstrate carpentry skills Demonstrate and ability to fabricate projects from either wood or metal. Recommends and implements improvements to equipment, operations and procedures and safety as appropriate. Supports maintenance manager, supervisor, and clerk to spec out and orders parts, and help maintain inventory of spares. Work directly with vendors and or contractors to ensure systems operate at desired performance when needed. Keeps all building and material handling systems operating QUALIFCATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

3+ years of experience working in an industrial or similar maintenance position.
Experience in industrial maintenance field with demonstrated preventative maintenance experience in material handling
Proven proficiency in three or more of the following areas; electrical/electronics, welding/fabrication, plumbing, electro hydraulics, mechanical and electrical drive systems, PLC controlled systems
Familiarity with OSHA/NFPA/NEC standards
Understand and knowledgeable of MSDS sheets
Ability to understand and read English
Ability to grasp, bend, and lift or otherwise move items weighing up to 75 pounds
Good communications and writing skills
Math skills to include but not limited to general math.
Capable of completing all company forms and paperwork
Ability to work at heights or unusual work positions.
Must be able to read and understand drawings, i.e., architect, mechanical, electrical, plumbing etc.
Must be able to operate all shop equipment and hand tools.
Must maintain housekeeping standards
Must maintain safe work practices.
Grasp, bend, and lift or otherwise move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
