About The Position

Senior Manager, Client Solutions, Retail Portfolio We are seeking a Senior Manager with deep expertise in Asurion’s solutions and exceptional storytelling and client-presentation capabilities to lead product strategy for our Retail portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to grow existing client relationships while partnering closely with Business Development to support new client acquisition. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with Business Development, Retail Client Services, Program Management, Marketing, Product, Customer Solutions, CPM, Pricing, and Legal teams to identify market needs, recommend and sell solutions, and define pricing strategies that create value for both Asurion and our clients. This role will also partner closely with Account Teams to lead client sell-in efforts, including executive-level presentations and relationship-building with key client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-7 years’ experience in one of the following areas: Client Solutions, Client Services, Product Development, Product Marketing
  • Ability to use consultative sales practices to influence client decisions
  • Experience creating and evolving Product Roadmaps and presenting recommendations to executive leadership and to clients
  • Strong team-player with proven ability to work effectively with and influence internal colleagues from all business functions
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills
  • Strong executive presence - experience and comfort working with C-level executives
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office required
  • 10% -20% travel required

Nice To Haves

  • Retail industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop Product Strategy for Retail Portfolio and secure internal leadership and client alignment
  • Identify new product opportunities using industry trends, consumer needs and client needs across segments
  • Identify product evolution opportunities using in-market performance data, customer input and client feedback and align with Product teams on enhancements and timing
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in developing Business Case, Go-to-Market approach and sell-in material for new solutions
  • Lead in-person client visits including determining content, key messages and presenters.
  • Lead pricing efforts with the Pricing Team and present recommendations to clients
