Position Summary Leads the strategy, design, development and life cycle management of Aetna Medicare products that serve Medicare Advantage populations, including Chronic Care Special Needs Plans (C-SNP). This role is responsible for aligning product offerings with CMS regulations, market trends and value-based care objectives. Working cross-functionally with Duals Center of Excellence, clinical, compliance, analytics and network teams, the Senior Manager drives innovation and operational excellence to optimize member experience, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance and competitive positioning.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders independently or in collaboration with leadership
  • Leverage market knowledge and environmental insights to address strategic priorities and ensure competitive positioning
  • Ensure product benefits comply with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure milestone tracking across functional and market segments
  • Direct product enhancements
  • 7+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage plans, including C-SNP plans.
