The Sr. Manager, Danaher Business System (Continuous Improvement Leader) is responsible for driving operational excellence across Beckman Coulter’s Global Supply Chain. In this role, you will lead deployment of the Danaher Business System (DBS) to accelerate improvements in On‑Time Delivery (OTD), Work Cell Throughput (WCT), Safety, Quality, Inventory, and Productivity. You will coach leaders, facilitate kaizens, strengthen daily management, and build Lean capability across sites and functions. This position reports to the Vice President - Global Supply Chain and will be fully remote (USA). In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead DBS transformation across the global supply chain using core DBS tools to drive sustainable continuous improvement. Coach and influence leaders through L2 operating mechanisms to strengthen problem-solving, accountability, and improvement sustainment. Facilitate kaizens to identify root causes, eliminate waste, and accelerate performance across end‑to‑end operations. Support Policy Deployment by developing bowler charts, action plans, countermeasures, and structured problem-solving aligned to strategic priorities. Analyze KPIs and collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to close performance gaps and build long‑term capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or process transformation; or a master’s degree with related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Lean methodologies and DBS/Lean tools, including leading kaizens and driving measurable KPI improvement.
  • Proven experience improving KPIs in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, or Productivity.
  • Experience influencing teams and driving change across global, cross‑functional environments.
  • Strong capability in structured problem solving, process analysis, and project management.
  • Up to 30% global travel.

  • The annual salary range for this role is $132,500 to $180,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
