Job Summary This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role focused on translating connectivity labor strategy into measurable subscriber growth for Comcast. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Procurement team with responsibility for helping grow our subscriber base through effective connectivity labor strategy and execution. The role requires strong business judgment and experience across procurement, labor strategy, contract law, and finance / economics. This position will partner closely with executive leadership and regional teams to evaluate complex Statements of Work, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and structure agreements that balance cost, risk, and growth objectives. The Senior Manager will lead business-partner negotiations, support investment decisions through financial modeling and economic analysis, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. This role reports to the Senior Director, Connectivity Labor Services, Enterprise Procurement. Candidates should bring exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, a record of high performance in analytically demanding environments, and the ability to lead through influence. Prior experience in contract management and procurement, combined with strong financial and economic acumen, is required. Experience gained in management consulting, finance, corporate procurement, or a transactional legal environment is highly relevant. Key technical skills include supplier management, complex negotiation, commercial terms development, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. Experience with financial modeling, quantitative analysis, or regulatory/contract interpretation is a plus. An understanding of communications technology, connectivity construction, and/or labor services procurement is beneficial.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt and pivot strategy as requirements, data, and market conditions change.
  • Strong visual-analytic skills; ability to translate data and requirements into clear, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; fields such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain / Operations preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, supply chain, management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or a transactional legal environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with contract management, commercial negotiations, or Statements of Work strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheets or similar project-management tools preferred.
  • Comfort working in data-driven environments and presenting analytical outputs in executive-ready formats.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, JD, MS, or related) preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications, cable, broadband, or connectivity-infrastructure environments is a plus.
  • Proven experience applying financial analysis, economic reasoning, and quantitative modeling to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of connectivity labor sourcing strategies to support subscriber growth objectives.
  • Influence executive and regional decision-making through clear analysis, business case development, and strategic recommendations.
  • Structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial agreements and Statements of Work, including favorable contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships, including performance management, governance, and escalation frameworks.
  • Lead negotiation strategies, including rate structures, prevailing wage considerations, and risk allocation across counterparties.
  • Apply financial and economic analysis to evaluate investment decisions, pricing models, and supplier proposals.
  • Interpret and advise on contractual, regulatory, and labor requirements in partnership with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across HQ and regional leaders on priorities, scope, scheduling, and execution status of business-partner SOWs.
  • Resolve SOW exceptions and disputes; ensure execution against defined SLAs and operational targets.
  • Monitor market conditions, labor dynamics, and competitive activity, adjusting strategy to mitigate risk and capture opportunities.
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Connectivity Operations, and Business Units.
