What You Will Do Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively with a strong understanding of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing our Plan to Sustain processes in alignment with desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. Configure and manage SAP systems to support Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management processes effectively. Lead testing and defect remediation of SAP systems in support of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management processes. Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. Deliver Project Artifacts including Configuration Design Documents, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, and Test Plans for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope for Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management processes. Ensure that RTX is positioned for future success within all functional areas of Plan to Sustain.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 8 + years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP.
  • Working and technical knowledge of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Production modules including Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Product Masters, Regulatory and Component Lists
  • Hands-on SAP Configuration experience in Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management modules.
  • Hands-on experience supporting data cleansing and migration activities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organization.
  • Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects.
