Job Description We’re looking for an FP&A Senior Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the Specialty Coram team. In this role, you’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial support for business leaders. You’ll drive process improvements, support strategic planning, and manage one direct report.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of financial reporting and analysis experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Hyperion, S4, and Anaplan.

  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
  • SAP/Essbase experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Coram leadership to align financial goals with strategy.
  • Own the full expense budget & forecast (headcount, vendors, equipment, supplies, shipping, etc.)
  • Prepare FP&A materials for senior leader reviews during planning cycles.
  • Report on weekly and monthly performance against budget/forecast.
  • Support and review your direct report’s work during month‑end and planning cycles.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountability‑driven culture.
