Execute departmental plans, projects, and initiatives that support fuel accounting strategy, operational efficiency, and service delivery. 7. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. 8. Apply advanced critical thinking to resolve complex, ambiguous, or unusual business challenges. 9. Assess the broader impact of decisions across the functional area and adjust strategies accordingly. 10. Ensure accurate and timely accounting for fuel purchases, inventory, taxes, fees, and related financial transactions. 11.
