About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to support our paid media growth across the Steve Madden and Dolce Vita businesses across the Americas, inclusive of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. In this role, you will be focused on supporting the strategy and roadmap of paid programs across Affiliate, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Display in partnership with our media agencies. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated history driving scalable customer acquisition while improving blended efficiency, with experience in MMM and incrementality measurement. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our LIC office and requires working on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in paid media or growth marketing (retail/DTC preferred)
  • Deep experience in Affiliates and Paid Social, including creator-driven commerce
  • Proven track record managing large budgets and improving CAC at scale
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in incrementality and MMM
  • Experience managing agencies and/or direct reports
  • A combination of agency or high-growth consumer-facing apparel brand
  • Ability to balance brand integrity with performance goals

Responsibilities

  • Drive paid media strategy and performance across U.S., Canada, and Mexico, ensuring market-specific optimization while maintaining cohesive brand and performance standards across the Americas
  • Partner closely with external agencies on implementation of digital marketing strategy and optimization of key performance metrics
  • Identify growth hacking levers to drive incremental revenue and improve CAC and iROAS
  • Oversee affiliate programs as we deepen relationship with partners, influencer networks, and emerging commerce platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (PR, brand, influencer) to capitalize on earned media moments
  • Partner with e-commerce and retention teams to align on product launches, promotions, and audience strategy
  • Drive structured creative testing to maximize UGC, creator, branded content to adapt to evolving platform best practices
  • Scale social commerce initiatives and identify new opportunities
  • Provide senior leadership and cross-functional partners recaps and analyses of campaigns and growth plans
  • Dive into dashboard level management, reporting and analytics as needed to support the tactical needs of the channels
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
