The Connectivity & Platforms Growth & Operations Human Resources team is looking for a collaborative, innovative, consultative and results-driven Senior Manager, Human Resources. In this role, you will support the CX team. As a trusted advisor to your business leaders, you will design HR strategies and provide insights that guide decision-making and business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to drive HR projects and business transformation efforts that span employee engagement, performance management, talent development, talent acquisition, retention, and compensation planning. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various teams including our HR Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture. A creative, solution-oriented and analytical mindset will be essential as you address complex challenges, ensuring HR financial and operational objectives are met. The ideal candidate has some experience in human resources practices, organizational design, change management, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement strategies, project management, and leadership coaching, along with strong data analysis and communication skills. We’re looking for someone passionate about inclusive leadership and fostering team cohesion. They will balance the responsibility of the employee experience with critical business needs.
