Under general direction, the Sr Manager LTL Sales Enablement is responsible for managing a team of LTL sales enablement personnel and directing them in their day-to-day responsibilities as well as developing a strategy for their team to ensure day to day duties are accomplished in support of overall LTL portfolio growth.. The incumbent helps their team define the opportunity strategy to sell J.B. Hunt LTL services, while aligning internal teams on executing the strategy. Responsibilities include developing and growing employees, enhancing their knowledge of all LTL process flows, while maintaining a working knowledge of J.B. Hunt internal systems. This role will promote and foster a customer-centric culture by influencing a team, as well as external and internal clients.
