Vail Communities is seeking a strategic and highly organized Sr. Manager of Administration to strengthen the operational backbone of our organization. This role is supervised by the Senior Director of Administration and Compliance and is responsible for ensuring that administrative infrastructure, information systems, and technology platforms actively support compliance, accountability, and organizational growth. This position plays a critical leadership role in building and maintaining that foundation.
