Purpose: The Sr. Manager, Product Analysis will lead a team responsible for configuration and subject matter expertise within an operations support environment. This position will require the ability to work closely with business and technical teams on complex problems and drive solutions that meet the needs and expected timelines of our business partners, serving as the Product Owner for the team(s) they support. This position will require a broad understanding of administration platforms, integrations, and related services, as well as the interdependencies between product teams. This role will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and effective communication to our business partners, fellow product owners, project managers, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience involving planning and execution of operational functions
  • 3+ years supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high degree of technical aptitude
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders
  • Results oriented, self-motivated individual who takes ownership over assignments
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and conflict management skills
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, as well as agile methodologies
  • Must be curious, organized, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration and subject matter expert teams responsible for system design, build, and management within an operations support framework.
  • Serve as Product Owner for the teams they support, working within an agile framework.
  • Build and develop highly motivated, independent team members.
  • Develop a strong understanding of supported processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency.
  • Partner with other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, BSAs, and IT colleagues to form a collaborative working environment and organize complex requirements across multiple workstreams.
  • Create operational processes necessary for meeting the requirements of the business.
  • Lead the team in the research, analysis, and resolution of moderate to complex production issues.
  • Develop communication appropriate for various levels within the organization.
  • Build relationships with business partners and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Work with leadership to drive solutions to completion for complex problems under tight timelines.
