Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar field of study preferred Work Experiences: 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of Experience in the Order Management system 4+ years of experience in a managerial capacity, leading, coaching, and mentoring Software development professionals Demonstrated experience managing IT/e-commerce platforms, projects, and teams Proven experience in delivering Order Management System implementations Experience in integrating Order Management system with Commerce platforms and enterprise applications Experience implementing features like BOPIS, Ship From DC, Ship From Store, Ship To Store, Curbside pickup, and Returns Skills: Sterling Order Management experience working on different versions of the product Sterling Web store experience customizing the store functionality. Collaborate with product teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver results quickly and efficiently Proven ability to manage teams through influence over direct authority, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, both internal and external Proven ability to work independently and multitask effectively with strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Experienced in converting business needs into scalable, technical solutions that align with strategic goals. Ability to navigate, de‑escalate, and resolve conflict constructively while fostering collaboration and positive team outcomes Ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities and solution delivery. Ability to work in an Onshore/Offshore model Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in translating business capabilities to technical solutions
