We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Designer to join our Enterprise Data team in the Experience Design org. You'll lead design strategy and execution for data-intensive tools and workflows, shaping clarity in complex systems and defining new product spaces (0–1).   • Partner with Product and Engineering to design technical UX for financial services, data tooling, and process management platforms.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into actionable design solutions around GraphQL, APIs, data workflows, and task management.
  • Deliver production-ready assets and partner through QA to ensure design quality.
  • Use and extend our design system in Figma.
  • Apply user research and usability testing to refine solutions.
  • Present work with strong storytelling and clear design rationale.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
  • At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • 10+ years of UX design experience with a strong focus on technical and data-heavy products.
  • Expertise in workflow and systems design for enterprise-level or financial services contexts.
  • Familiarity with API-driven product design (GraphQL experience strongly preferred).
  • Advanced use of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguous, undefined environments and bring clarity through design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, technical UX, and zero to one, product development.
  • Experience with data visualization.
