At Amazon, we work to be Earth's most customer-centric company. You will lead the Just Walk Out Technology product management team as we revolutionize physical retail by eliminating checkout lines and friction from in-store shopping experiences.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the global product strategy and expansion roadmap for Just Walk Out Technology across new retail verticals and geographic markets
Own the value proposition, pricing strategy, and business cases that drive adoption of our technology among enterprise retailers
Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, working with sales, marketing, and business development to accelerate customer acquisition
Develop and measure KPIs that demonstrate clear business value to customers, from operational efficiency to enhanced shopping experiences
Create compelling product narratives and business cases that resonate with C-suite retail executives
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners to inform product direction and drive adoption
Lead a team of product managers to deliver innovative solutions that scale across diverse retail verticals
Make data-driven decisions that expand our technology's market presence and competitive advantage
Requirements
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
6+ years of team management experience
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience supporting large projects or programs from the ground floor
Nice-to-haves
Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
Experience leading cross-functional software development teams, operations, UX Designer and other Product Managers
Experience in a high-performance start-up or incubation effort within a larger company
