Responsibilities

• Process & Governance Standardize Marketing processes and tools to drive efficiency and align priorities with business objectives
• Simplify how we work to maximize efficiency and increase speed to market for Marketing campaigns
• Provide standardized tracking and reporting for better visibility into risk & progress and drive accountability
• Oversee 2X contract, budget & resources
• Manage transition of 2X resources to in-house roles
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and work with 2X to ensure metrics are being achieved to ensure efficiency on CSD and WSD teams
• Replace 2X PM role and serve as lead Program Manager for corporate initiatives and special projects (e.g., product launches, rebranding, etc.)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage day-to-day execution and own end-to-end process to ensure on time delivery
• Drive progress, align with business priorities, and manage communication to allow cross-functional teams to focus on their tasks
• Own Corporate Marketing budget and partner with Procurement to manage
• Manage Guatemala 2X PMs
• Ensure best practices are followed for execution to drive speed and quality while reducing costs
