About The Position

About The Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce to lead the technical engine behind our Sales organization. This team supports End-to-End Customer Relationship Management, bridging the gap between Consignors and Store Buyer Clienteling. In this role, you will serve as a "player-coach," providing strategic leadership to a team of Technical Leads and Business Analysts while remaining hands-on with the architecture and development of the Force.com platform. You will own the delivery and health of the entire Sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Zoom, and related integrations, driving innovation through self-service tools, AI, and advanced reporting. Foster a culture of technical excellence by guiding developers through code reviews, architectural decision-making, and career development. Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and document high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform. Stay hands-on with the codebase, developing applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components. Manage the Sales Ecosystem: Oversee the support and health of all applicable sales applications, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, Zoom, and other enablement tools. Drive Innovation: Implement AI-driven features and advanced reporting capabilities to support the "Consignor + Store Buyer" relationship management lifecycle across Desktop and Mobile. Support & Stability: Provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code and configurations, ensuring the platform remains performant and scalable. The expected salary range for this role is $-$. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Requirements
