About The Position

Wynn Resorts is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to lead our search strategy in a rapidly evolving landscape. This role oversees both traditional SEO (Google, Bing, YouTube, local listings, etc.) and GEO strategies to ensure our brand and content surface prominently across large language models (LLMs), AI assistants, and generative search platforms such as Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging platforms. You will play a critical role in driving organic growth, optimizing visibility in AI-powered results, and future-proofing Wynn’s content strategy within a shifting search ecosystem. This position will report in person to our Las Vegas corporate office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies in a managerial or senior role.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise (canonicalization, sitemaps, crawlability, schema markup, page speed, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, and other SEO platforms.
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits on enterprise-scale websites (100+ pages).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional functions).
  • Background in managing content within a CMS; familiarity with Contentful is a plus.
  • Experience with site migrations and consolidations is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale SEO & GEO strategies to maximize visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.
  • Shape content, structured data, and entity optimization strategies to influence how LLMs surface and cite brand mentions.
  • Drive technical SEO improvements across web, mobile, and app platforms, including site architecture, indexing, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to embed SEO & GEO best practices into digital experiences and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics, reporting on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of SEO and GEO trends, serving as a thought leader and advisor to internal stakeholders.
