Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and six (6) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: Data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models for enterprise data lakes solutions; Enterprise Data Catalogs and Data Governance Practices; Business Intelligence tools (Power BI); Designing 3NF and dimensionally modeled data; JSON/XML and Schemas into translating/mapping relational data models; Cloud experience with bigdata environments (Databricks or Snowflake); Data analysis and modeling tools including Power Designer, ERWin, or ER/Studio; Data pipeline Optimization; and Database query languages (TSQL PL/SQL) and programming languages such as Python.

  • Responsible for leading a team of data engineers and analytic content developers to support ADP’s Service Technology Modernization initiatives.
  • Oversee day to day development activities to ensure best practices for data pipelines, data models and analytic content development are followed from initial design to deployment.
  • Responsible for end to end ownership of Data as a Service and analytic solutions, from curated data and self-service BI models to leadership friendly visual dashboards and scorecards.
  • Define and ensure that practices for Data Lakehouse and Analytics development and deployment are adopted by the team.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure data solutions meet the needs of analytic solutions.
  • Work with BU and ADP Corporate leadership to define ongoing analytic needs, drive data standardization and ensure goodness of fit with technology stack.
  • Provide standard, enterprise service metrics to ADP Corporate leadership, as needed.
  • Work with team leadership and Technical Product Owners on roadmaps and project timelines.
