Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule of: Mon-Fri 11:00PM-9:00AM The ideal candidate will possess the following: 5+ years of experience in linehaul transportation or LTL operations preferred Strong understanding of DOT Regulations Hands-on leadership style Effective communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally Results driven, self-starter Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for driving positive culture and leading/directing 6+ individuals across your shift Effectively guide 150+ terminal managers in the day-to-day leadership of 1500+ Linehaul drivers Ability to understand and review network and regulatory compliance in an established Linehaul network Ability to articulate and interact with divisional level leadership on Linehaul related matters Oversee the supervisory level integration of related departments, and their responsibilities, into the Linehaul department structure Function in a highly service oriented environment Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in linehaul operations, including cost reduction and service enhancement Central Transport is one of the nation's most trusted and technologically advanced Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers. Requirements

5+ years of experience in linehaul transportation or LTL operations preferred
Strong understanding of DOT Regulations
Hands-on leadership style
Effective communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
Results driven, self-starter
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

Responsible for driving positive culture and leading/directing 6+ individuals across your shift
Effectively guide 150+ terminal managers in the day-to-day leadership of 1500+ Linehaul drivers
