About The Position

The Sr. Marketing Analyst manages quarterly, tactical marketing plans for the Republic Services marketing team. This role is a project driven role that will be accountable for performing competitor and industry research; and coordinating with advertising agencies, marketing operations and regional marketing teams in the production of print, digital and broadcast advertising tactics that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of brand/marketing experience with an agency or in-house agency/team, working in brand strategy, account management, media, or planning.
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise software platforms for print and digital assets.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the management, refinement and organizational systems integration of Brand Center, Republic Services centralized repository for corporate and field brand, sales, and operational materials.
  • Manages system vendor, ensuring system updates are made, tested, and updated on time and on budget.
  • Manages printing/fulfilment partner relationship and oversees their integration into our software applications.
  • Collaborates with brand, marketing, sales, communications, creative services and field marketing partners to design/update sales and marketing materials on Brand Center.
  • Owns and leads external partner relationships outside of marketing function on design, creation and updates to operational materials.
  • Ensures marketing, sales and operational materials are on brand and contribute to helping us achieve our business goals.
  • Owns the management, creation, integration and implementation of self-service tools for corporate and field marketing into the Brand Center platform.
  • Surveys key stakeholders on self-service tool requirements
  • Drives broad stakeholder group to consensus and owns project plan.
  • Leads and oversee self-service tool additions from concept to launch.
  • Serves as an administrator on our enterprise-wide digital asset management platform, supporting the Manager of Brand Content & Design and Sr. Manager, Corporate Brand.
  • Oversees and supports platform uploading, tagging, and categorization of assets.
  • Collaborates with IT to manage the coordination of permissions/access rights.
  • Trains, educates and provides guidance to platform users to help maximize the effectiveness of the DAM to meet their needs.
  • Provides support to marketing leadership and assists with executing tactical marketing projects
  • Maintains internal communications for marketing initiatives to effectively communicate programs to internal audiences and ensure their success in the field.
  • Facilitates tracking mechanisms and campaign measurements - response rates, sales and return on investment analysis for key marketing programs.
  • Collaborates with marketing leadership on the creation and development of relevant brand and marketing communication to educate and inform colleagues across the enterprise.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
