NORESCO is seeking a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist to support marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and engage internal and external audiences. This role requires a collaborative professional with strong writing and design skills who can manage projects from concept through completion while ensuring alignment with NORESCO’s brand and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media content, or customer marketing

  • Lead development of high-quality content across web, press releases, social media, white papers, and case studies.
  • Own the end-to-end content process, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Proactively ideate and produce engaging content that supports strategic business objectives and drives audience interaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify fresh topics and innovative formats that enhance visibility and thought leadership.
  • Oversee and optimize all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely content delivery.
  • Manage scheduling and monitoring of channels to maintain an active and engaging presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns aimed at expanding reach, boosting engagement, and driving measurable results across platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Lead planning and execution of integrated campaigns for internal and external audiences, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Drive campaigns from concept to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and maximize impact across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Lead planning and execution of internal communications, including newsletters, All Hands meetings, and other initiatives that foster employee engagement.
  • Manage production of internal newsletters and actively monitor media coverage to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Align messaging with company culture and strategic priorities, continuously enhancing content quality, format, and distribution for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain consistency and drive engagement through innovative communication strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret web traffic data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements based on data-driven findings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement and manage online alert systems to track market developments, news, and emerging opportunities in real time.
  • Analyze competitive intelligence to support proactive planning and maintain a strong market position.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to translate findings into actionable strategies.
