About the position

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager, Media Buyer to drive performance-focused paid media strategies that fuel subscription growth, sales monetization, and audience development. This role will play a key part in media planning, activation, optimization, and analytics, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of digital media buying, audience acquisition, and cross-platform advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel paid media campaigns from strategy to execution, optimizing for subscriber growth, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Develop cross-channel media buying strategies across audio, digital, video, social, OTT, and CTV.
  • Optimize ad sales monetization support, ensuring paid media investments drive ad business growth and ROI.
  • Build and execute a paid video marketing strategy to increase content visibility across platforms like YouTube, CTV, and streaming services.
  • Manage budgets and reporting, ensuring accuracy in campaign execution, billing, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align media strategies with business objectives and maximize impact.
  • Work closely with Analytics & Finance teams to understand the value generated by paid media investments, including customer Lifetime Value, refine measurement tools, track KPIs, and optimize media effectiveness.
  • Identify growth opportunities and audience acquisition strategies, leveraging first-party data and paid media insights.
  • Oversee Amazon and Wondery owned & operated (O&O) media integrations to drive audience engagement.
