Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven ability to scale global teams and create operational centers of excellence.
  • Expertise in funnel operations, predictive analytics, and campaign orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in partnering cross-functionally and influencing senior leadership.
  • Track record of optimizing scalable pipeline engines through operational transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a global marketing operations strategy and roadmap aligned to growth objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end lead and pipeline lifecycle management.
  • Lead and scale global marketing operations teams to optimize campaign execution.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and execution.
  • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem for scalability and reliability.
  • Establish data governance and deliver executive insights for informed decision-making.
