Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles
  • Advanced understanding of HubSpot including workflows and reporting
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management
  • Proven ability in managing marketing tech integrations
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Ability to balance strategic and hands-on tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Chili Piper
  • Manage integrations between key platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Ensure data integrity and system reliability across all marketing systems
  • Develop advanced workflows for lead management and automation
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain clear definitions in lead lifecycle
  • Support sales teams with visibility into campaign performance and lead tracking
  • Monitor and report on marketing attribution and funnel performance
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks for improved efficiency
