We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Distribution Associate to join our Timonium, Maryland warehouse operations team. With a primary focus on SAP-driven materials movement and inventory management, this role ensures accurate tracking of goods, seamless material flow to production, and timely order fulfillment through expert use of SAP systems. Adaptability to evolving processes and continuous improvement initiatives is essential for success in this dynamic environment. This position will work onsite at our Timonium, Maryland location.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP WM modules, with strong knowledge of materials movement and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time.
• Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

Nice To Haves

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
• Knowledge of lean warehouse practices.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, updating all transactions in SAP for full traceability.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments in SAP, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Utilize SAP to manage all aspects of inventory, including stock movements, transfers, and consumption updates.
• Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory records in SAP to support production schedules and customer orders.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using SAP tools to ensure data integrity.
