The Senior Manager, Community Engagement leads associate and customer engagement strategy, with a focus on store-based activations and associate and community experiences. Owns how community work shows up in stores and ensures experiences are scalable, engaging, and easy to execute. This role drives the planning, delivery, and measurement of high-profile programs such as Lowe's Community Impact Projects, large-scale partnership-driven projects that engage associates, uplift communities, and reinforce Lowe's brand. A hands-on leader and cross-functional integrator, this individual partners closely with internal teams (Store Operations, CD&I, Communications, Supply Chain, HR) and external partners (nonprofits and vendors) to deliver projects that are inclusive, community-driven, and measurable.
